Guy Whittaker – Director & CEO
Twenty years education and experience in design and construction in Barbados has imparted Guy with both the knowledge and contacts necessary for the building trade in Barbados. He has an enthusiastic instinct for design and a penchant for architectural perfection.
While always a proved manager of the working crews, the appended experience of the Development Company has added discipline and respect to his approach to business and investment of time and resources.
His education as of a craftsman includes marble carving with Master Craftsman Petros Delatolos in Tinos, Greece, training in Monolithic Slabs, GFRC Masters Course, Scagliola techiniques and Gesso and Marble Aggregate Plasters.
Born in England, educated in Canada and Barbados, Guy’s Bajan ancestry dates back hundreds of years and he considers Barbados his natural home.
Patricia Whittaker – Director & CFO
Patricia has 17 years experience in Finance and has worked for the large international banks in Tokyo, New York and London. ? She has 5 years experience in the Real Estate/Construction industries.
Born and educated in New York, Patricia holds a B.S. in Finance/International business from N.Y.U. and is currently studying for her C.F.A. qualification.
The Mirara Group is the third set of companies for which she has set up controls.
