Scheduling

Clients can be provided with a copy of the schedule. The schedule identifies each phase of the project, the overall critical path and the vital elements through each phase to completion.

We view the schedule as the hub of information going to and from the jobsite, material procurement and financial control.

Inspections

We were unfortunate, and fortunate, enough to own and renovate a house in Martin County, Florida during three Class 2 hurricanes.

The rigorous inspection system in Florida based on Dade County Law is now a template for a self-imposed inspection system which we are in the process of installing on all our job sites and will be viewable on the clients websites.
