Historical Renovations
Historical renovations are almost an entirely different business plan.
Like people, buildings have history which is uncovered as you go along. That nature makes them difficult to plan and therefore, estimate cost and timing. They take a great amount of communication between the client and contractor and a heady dose of patience.
